Your dreams coming true are just the tip of the iceberg.
There’s a lot others don’t see—and won’t, and what you might even be prone to underestimate:
So much effort.
Believe in yourself.
Not believing in yourself.
Trying again.
Early mornings.
Late nights.
Pivoting, yet again.
Coming back to where you started.
Tears of disappointment.
Whoops of excitement.
“It’s all working out!”
“Literally nothing is working out.”
And on and on.
Then, one day, your dream is just…here.
It’s a good thing we’re not in it for the admiration, because that sure doesn’t come until others can see and “get” the dream.
But that’s okay—we’re not doing it for their kudos anyway. We’re doing it because, well, I guess because we were born to dream and build.

I keep learning this lesson in deeper ways. What is obvious to me is that life basically sucks when I'm not dreaming and building. How the world responds is a far second.
