Friday Snippets #001: Updates, Inspiration, and Musings

I’m experimenting with a new format of post I plan to send one or two Fridays each month and would love to know what you think. The plan for these is to be shorter, more chatty, more helpful, and more snippety which hopefully means easier reading for you. I’ll continue to write longer stories or essays on Tuesdays.

Based on the questions I get from even family and friends, there’s a lot about my situation a lot of people don’t know. Some of that is okay as I value privacy. But I’m realizing my readers may not have context for what I’m writing and why, so here are answers to a couple 

Where am I currently?

Colorado Springs, Colorado. I’ve been here since Memorial Day.

Where’s next?

I’m headed to Kansas City, Missouri, next week for PickleCon. I’m a panelist and will also be networking a lot, and playing a lot of pickleball :-)  I’m signed up for a pro clinic and am attending my first professional (PPA) tournament before PickleCon starts.
